In the event that there are differences in the agreements between the Board of Directors and the CSPIP and the agreement between the Board of Directors and the PSAC, nrc and RCEA will negotiate the specific agreement (either the PIPSC agreement or the PSAC) that will be made available to members for ratification and inclusion in the collective agreement.
The purpose of this memorandum is to give effect to the agreement between the employer and the Workers` Association of the Research Council on the period of implementation of the collective agreement. .
